Where is beverage alcohol served?

Beverage alcohol is served in the grounds of the venue. No tailgating is allowed in the parking lots prior to or following a concert.

Where is parking located and what time do lots open?

Two on-site parking lots are available for CMAC events. Both lots (the General Parking lot and the Premium Parking lot) open two hours prior to the show.

Can I buy a parking spot in advance?

Premium Parking is available for purchase in advance on Ticketmaster when purchasing your tickets for a show. General Parking is available for $10, and Premium Parking is available for $30. Offsite Parking is available at Parkway Plaza Lots for all shows. Shuttle service may be available for large shows – follow us on social media and check our website for up-to-date parking information.

When does the Box Office Open?

The CMAC Box Office is currently closed until spring 2024. From May until September, it is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12 – 4 pm.  On show days, the general CMAC Box Office, located in the general parking lot, opens at noon. The VIP Box Office opens 1 hour prior to the start of the show.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located at both CMAC box offices. Please bring the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and a valid ID.

How do I get access to pre-sale codes?

You may check the artist’s site for pre-sale and fan club opportunities. Venue pre-sale information is only available to our sponsors and season ticket holders. Learn more about becoming a sponsor or season ticket holder.

What happens if it rains?

All shows will go on rain or shine. No refunds will be given in the event of rain.

What concessions are available at CMAC?

An assortment of snacks and food vendors are available. Click here to see what concessions are offered.

Are children admitted free to all events?

Children older than 2 must be ticketed.

Where is the lost and found located?

Lost and found is located at the Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce.
