REFUND INFORMATION:

If you purchased tickets using your Ticketmaster account, you do not need to take any action. Ticketmaster will refund your account automatically. You will receive your refund within 30 days. 

If you purchased tickets in-person at the CMAC Box Office with a credit card, please call (or text) our Box Office to confirm your refund. Once confirmed, your refund will be applied to the previously used card within 14 days. If you purchased tickets in-person with cash at the CMAC Box Office, you will need to stop by the Box Office to process your refund. We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12 – 4pm and all show days beginning at 12pm. The Box Office phone number is 585-678-6938.
